Hi Michelle. Excellent job today. I really like the way that you subdivided the beats with the metronome. You certainly understand the rhythms and the way the note values are related to each other. I did hear a small slip in the 2nd part, 2nd bar, but nothing major especially because you got right back on and stayed on the beat. This is certainly a pass. However, moving forward you will have to develop the swing aspect of these tunes, but very strictly speaking you were correct all the way through. I will be discussing swing in my rhythm classes in the next couple weeks if you'd like to attend or view them. Congratulations and welcome to phase 2.
