James N. - Phase 4 - Peggy Gillies
Hi James,
Nice work here on the buy-in. Well played. Some micro surges and small movements on some of the notes but overall very steady. Well tuned.
There were two issues in your performance that I heard. First, a small sync error in part three and a small hole coverage issue in part 4. For me, these were exceptions to an otherwise very solid performance. This performance just ticks past the criteria for a pass but as you move on to phase 5 now, I would recommend taking nice small steps in integrating only one or two embellishment types per tune. Keep your focus on producing a really good tone, tuning, and rhythmic accuracy. Make so you keep this performance as the standard for all subsequent performances and don't sacrifice the quality just to integrate embellishments. Congratulations, I know you've worked very hard to get here and that's paid off. Keep up your neverending pursuit of improvement. Nice work!
Sincerely,
Carl
